Room Mate Matching Program & Policy:
If you are a single traveler and a tour that you are interested in requires double occupancy, JIMMEL, INC., (Jimmel Tours), and its partners offers a Room Mate Matching program as a courtesy to clients. However, we can accept ‘NO’ responsibility for roommate compatibility. Although we can not guarantee that we will be successful in finding such a person, we will make every effort to do so, and, in a vast majority of our tours that require double occupancy, we have, indeed, been very successful. We will always match you with a participant of your same sex, and we will try to match you with someone close to your age and of the same smoking preference, but we cannot guarantee that this will occur. We rely solely on the information submitted by Match Program participants to match our clients and cannot be held responsible for any problems whatsoever that occur as a result of participants submitting false or misleading information about their sex, age or smoking preferences. The final match decisions will be made at our sole discretion. Our participants must understand that they are choosing to participate in this Match Program at their own risk. The participants, additionally, waive any claims against JT and its partners for negligence, damages or personal injury relating to the participation in this match program.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
On most tours, if a legitimate medical issue arises that will require your cancellation of a tour, JIMMEL, INC., (Jimmel Tours), will refund 100% of the amount paid on such tour. However, in the event of your cancellation when no medical issue shall occur, Jimmel Tours will refund 100% of the tour payment made, less a service fee, of the deposit amount that was included in such tour, when a tour is canceled prior to 30 days of the departure date of that tour. When a tour is canceled less than 30 days of the departure date of such tour, an opportunity to apply what has been paid to another upcoming tour, less the service fee of the deposit amount required for that tour, will be given. Please note! There is no refund or credit transferred after 72 hours prior to departure on day tours, or 21 days prior to departure on overnight and multi-day tours, unless a legitimate medical emergency shall suddenly occur. On certain tours offered by Jimmel Tours, (usually; when a third party is used, such as a travel agency, airline, cruise line, etc.), this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy does not apply, but rather, the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy of such third party if available and acquired by the participant. JIMMEL, INC., (Jimmel Tours), will attempt to resell a canceled tour, by means of a waiting list it may have, as in the case of many tours. If the canceled tour is resold, there shall be no penalty to the original purchaser, and 100% of the amount paid shall be refunded regardless of the reason for cancellation. All refunds are issued at the time the cancelled tour is resold or upon completion of the tour, whichever comes first. On all refunds issued, Jimmel Tours will withhold any debit or credit card processing fees charged to JIMMEL, INC., (Jimmel Tours), as a result of a payment being made with a debit or credit card.

Many tours will offer a "No Questions Asked-Cancellation Protection Waiver". It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to inquire which tours will offer such a policy and the conditions that may be associated with it. From time to time a formal invitation may be offered upon booking. However, if a formal invitation is not offered at the time of booking, there may still be an opportunity to purchase the policy if the tour in question offers the policy, and the conditions of the policy are met. If and when this "No Questions Asked-Cancellation Protection Waiver" is available for purchase on a tour, (whether the traveler has researched the opportunity or not), the abovementioned policy is void and this "No Questions Asked-Cancellation Protection Waiver" shall be the only opportunity for any protection at all unless a Medical Emergency shall suddenly occur, at such time that traveler will qualify for the standard opportunity mentioned above.

It is possible that a tour may be cancelled for 'Lack of Interest' or if the weather makes for dangerous riding conditions. If we are unable to reschedule the cancelled tour, we will issue a full refund, (or, if you desire, a 100% credit toward an available future tour).

Disclaimer of Liability for Travel:
JIMMEL, INC., (Jimmel Tours), is a tour company acting as an intermediary or agent for suppliers, such as air carriers, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, ground transportation companies, and other independent firms. Jimmel Tours does not own or operate any of these firms; therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers or cruise directors, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. In addition, Jimmel Tours cannot guarantee acceptable performance by any of these firms, or our cruise directors, and each participant agrees not to hold JIMMEL, INC., (Jimmel Tours), liable for the quality of services and the condition or cleanliness of the accommodations. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your ticket, invoice or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, bookings, services or reservations. Your retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute a complete consent to the above, and an agreement on your part to convey the contents hereto to your travel companions or group members. Jimmel Tours herein gives notice that we cannot be responsible for any disruption of travel and/or unrest, labor problems, mechanical or construction difficulties, climatic aberrations, acts of God, war, diseases, or any other circumstances beyond its control. We are not responsible for the neglect or omission of suppliers or carriers, so we strongly recommend travel insurance. Jimmel Tours reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason. The above organizations may use photographs taken during this trip/event for publications on their web sites and/or in print advertising. Additionally, Jimmel Tours might use pictures and images of guests taken while on vacation in future trip web pages and promotional literature and used without credit to guest photographer.

Responsibility Notice:
The event and associated travel advertised herein, including all tickets, vouchers and coupons issued and all arrangements for transportation or conveyance or for hotel or lodging or for sightseeing services are made by JIMMEL, INC., (Jimmel Tours), and/or its affiliates, as agency and/or service providers and/or suppliers providing services necessary for operation of the tour/travel/event upon the express condition that Jimmel Tours and/or its affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity to any event participant or his/her property that may result from any act or omission of any company, contractor or employee thereof providing services in connection with the event, including but not limited to transportation, lodging, food and beverage, entertainment, sightseeing, luggage handling and tour guiding. Furthermore, that Jimmel Tours and/or its affiliates cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from weather and road connections, breakdowns, strikes, riots, acts of God, authority of law or other circumstances beyond its control. In the event that those participants who have made full or partial payment for the tour will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid, but under no circumstances will Jimmel Tours and/or its affiliates be liable for cancellation to a tour participant in excess of amount paid. Jimmel Tours and/or its affiliates reserve the right to decline or retain any persons as an event participant at any time. Jimmel Tours and/or its affiliates are not responsible for price increases imposed by the event coordinators/tour operators and/or service providers. Jimmel Tours and/or its affiliates are not responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of the event coordinators/tour operators and/or service providers, such as suppliers of tours or other services.

Health & Safety Risks In Travel:
JIMMEL, INC., (Jimmel Tours), and its affiliates are not responsible in any way for the health or safety of any traveler, and it is their sole responsibility to manage their affairs and take every precaution to insure their safety and health while traveling. Many Jimmel Tours vacations are sports or adventure oriented and have explicit risks associated with the activity, it is the sole responsibility of the traveler to manage their participation and be aware of their abilities in relation to the activity. By embarking upon his/her travel/event, the traveler/participant voluntarily assumes all risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage. Completing registration for trip, receipt of tickets, reservations, or package after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on your part to convey the contents hereof to your travel companions.
